My nurse would not Answer questions over the phone from family members why is that? The provider which is the doctor was great

I loved how Emily took the time to listen to and validate all of my concerns. She was able to explain everything in layman's terms and did not make me feel any less if I asked for clarification. I have had many experiences in the past where I felt like clinicians diagnosed me before even hearing me out on the actual concerns. This was not the case with Emily. She had a conversation with me - which is SO appreciated.

The ladies at the Reid in Cambridge were so sweet! They always had a smile on their faces. My 2 year old son was having a moment and the lady's took him on a walk so I could finish my appointment! In my opinion they go above and beyond!

She was very timely. She was very nice. She did not hurry. She answered all questions. She made my teenagers feel comfortable with their first OBGYN appointment. Neat in appearance. Very pleasant. Nice smile. Educated.

I wouldn't even say I waited. I was in and out quickly with plenty of time to talk, ask questions and learn next steps. Didn't feel rushed but was completed in record time. I wish all appointments were so efficient and informative

Everyone working was extremely nice and very helpful. Emily Hart, NP was the one I had seen. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to every question and showed empathy to all of my concerns. I've been in pain for a month and unable to live my life normally with a 5-cm ovarian cyst (that threatens my fertility and maybe life) but I was told I can't get surgery because it puts my fertility at risk. No thanks babe

We had a scheduling mix up with my appointment but they got it taken care of right away. Not just the provider but the nurse and Rita in scheduling. I was upset to know why they canceled my appointment but was more relieved that they were willing to do everything to correct the error. Everyone in the OB/GYN department took the time and effort and went above and beyond it. And I feel as though they deserve praise for their outstanding efforts.

Emily was amazing she sat down and talked to me like talking to a friend. I would come back and see her if I ever had any issues at all. She even remembered me from a year and a half ago when I was pregnant.

I had 3 appointments with the Obgyn just to get on birth control. The first appointment the nurse canceled and didn't tell me she canceled it. The second appointment they told me I had to make another appointment and pick up the birth control at a pharmacy. The appointment was made after pharmacy closed and then the 3rd appointment was made before the pharmacy opened so I had to reschedule for a later time than originally planned. I don't feel like any of them truly cared about my well being or my body as I am completely out of my cycle now that I got my birth control out of cycle with normal and my body is out of its normal cycle. They didn't consider me taking off work 3 times of finding a baby sitter 3 times. All the different providers asked me the same questions about my medical history and never explained to me on how or what I needed to get for my birth control and the first appointment I had made months in advance.

The only issue I had was my medicine was sent to the wrong pharmacy. It is the pharmacy I would normally use but because I work that night and was unable to drive back home to my normal pharmacy I asked for it to be sent to Reid's pharmacy so I could pick it up and not have to delay care. Easy mistake and just had to start my medicine the next day. She did recommend an over the counter medicine I could grab before work which helped me get through the night. The care was fast and everyone was very nice.

I'm disappointed that I had to have an appointment just to have my medication refilled which I've been on for years, when I didn't even need an exam this year. There were absolutely no changes to my care plan/medication and I presented with no issues/problems. The office visit felt pointless and I was only there to be told that the provider would send in my refill. This could have been done over the phone. Yet, I had to have an appointment and now I will be responsible for paying for an office visit due to my high deductible health plan. It's difficult to feel like the appointment requirement isn't just a money-making decision. If this isn't the case then please let me know because it would be great to have confidence that my doctors office isn't just out for my money.

Pleasant, personable, knowledgeable.

Emily is absolutely wonderful!! I knew her previously from her working on the FBC and this was my first time seeing her. She was absolutely professional and still treated me like I wasn't a stranger. She answered my questions and acted like she wasn't on any time limit and I was the only one she cared about. I can't say enough of how awesome she was!!

It was my first appointment so they shouldn't know my medical history. But I thought they were so fast, nice and provided tons of information.

Emily knew I was super nervous but her and her LPN made me feel more comfortable and even held my hand and talked to me during the procedure. I highly recommend!

My doctor was called to two deliveries so I ended up seeing a nurse practitioner. We weren't impressed as you could tell she wanted to be done with us so she could leave for the day.

Emily was kind, chatty, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and heard. Would definitely see her again.
