Just wish I could understand Dr Han better. The mask doesn't help, nor does my hearing loss, his speech pronouncement.

It was hard to understand him when he was talking he was talking too fast and he's not talking English real good barely understand what he was saying

Needed refills were not passed on to another Dr. who is in the Cardiology department who writes my scripts

Nurse was not friendly and was not knowledgeable about the equipment. Had to call someone else to get it to print out. Does not make you feel confident with the care you are getting. Dr. seemed to be rushed.

Dr. Han was very knowledgeable, caring, and informative. He explained my medications and tests very thoroughly, and answered all of my questions without rushing through my visit with him. I very much appreciated his expertise and advice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Han to anyone who needs a cardiologist.

The waiting room wait seemed to be excessively long.

I DO NOT NEED 2 CARDIOLOGISTS. I WILL NOT SEE DR HAN AGAIN.

The nurse seemed a little rushed. I wasn't sure if I had enough information on the pre admission form before the EKG began if the doctor had been unfamiliar with my medical history. Otherwise it was quick and thorough examination.

Actually it was not good It was supposed to be a Telehealth visit, Reid was having major phone problems, and it must have been 45 minutes until we were finally connected. I held the phone for my husband, but I could hear nothing Dr. Han said. Couldn't get the volume any louder. So not very satisfactory.

The doctor and nursing staff was hard to hear and did not compensate for my difficulty of hearing the doctor was hard to understand and did not make clear understanding of what I needed to do or had any instructions on how to do it and also from the nursing staff when I left I felt confused and like I was misunderstood of why I was referred to the doctor in the first place

Dr Han answered my questions. I trust him. I like Dr, Han.

It sucks because they should have kept me to next day but no they took me out of the hospital at 4 in the morning I don't like that they done this to me
