Getting health care, as a patient is usually going to be an anxious experience. When handling us as customers, I think it's important to address livelihood, in regards to the business portion of patient care. I love my Doctors. I love the care I receive during my treatment. I am not a big fan of being pulled to the counter in front of other customers and the entire staff to discuss the 'why and who' of what didn't get done by a nurse who is determined to stand by her argument over time constraints. I don't know who is to blame, and honestly I don't care. But this was an experience I could have done without. My hands were shaking, I felt my heart in my chest. I had to leave the waiting room, issue unresolved. I did later receive a call back from said nurse, professional and courteous with an assurance that the issue will be resolved by Monday.

The doctor and his staff was caring and greatly appreciated I had no wait time for me that was good Thank you Dr and staff members

Dr. Han is a great doctor and is very caring and concerned with your health. He listens very carefully to your concerns and will try procedures to make you feel better and improve your quality of life. He explains the benefits that result after testing and procedures.

When I read the notes on mychart afterwards, they directly contradicted what I had told the doctor I called and complained

Dr Han and the nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. Dr Han explained everything very well and made sure to ask if we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable about hx and treatment plan. Nursing staff help with family members episode of low sugar and provided peanutbutter crackers! Above and beyond!.

I appreciate when the care providers take time to listen, respond, talk on a personal level, empathic attitude- causes one to feel heard, an individual.

I have been seeing Dr Han since 2007. He is always courteous and professional.

I was disappointed that I was not given a summary but told to go to Reid health on my phone for the summary. Nothing was sad about needing me to go to the lab to have blood drawn. I drove home then the summary came up on my phone and it said I needed to go have blood work done. I called the doctor's office to verify when I needed to go and I was told that I needed to go now. I had not eaten since the night before and by being a diabetic I needed to eat something or I would not have the energy to drive back to the hospital. I ate and then drove back. When I got the results I saw that my glucose was high. I wish someone had told me not to eat anything before I went. If I had had been given the summary when I left the doctor's office I would have known to go downstairs and have blood drawn and I would not have had anything in my stomach to cause any problems on the test

Dr. Han was great! Also, the woman who did my intake, EKG, etc. was wonderful! A very pleasant and satisfying visit!
