Shah is definitely my favorite dr! he's so caring

I feel like dr. Shah was more concerned with pushing birth control on me than actually explaining other treatment options for pcos. I felt unheard by him and was unsure of what pcos is (this appointment confirmed I have it). I'm upset and looking for other obgyn options.

The ultrasound technician was so friendly and walked me through my ultrasound step-by-step, ultimately giving me great news about my baby. The OB was friendly and seen me in a timely manner.

Talking about illness or injury wasn't relevant. I got my genetic testing done, so hopefully that turns out well. No complaints on my end.

I was supposed to be seen at 9:30am and was not seen until 10:45am people that checked in after me were seen before me. My doctor was very inconsiderate of me and my voicings and made it seem like he had better things to do than be there. He pushed on my stomach and I voiced that it hurt I was ignored. I am going to be calling and request a new doctor to be delivering my baby. And requesting it to be female this time. I felt like him being late was taken out on me when I'm the one who waited an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start just to be seen and rudely treated. It was voiced that he was delivering a baby via c section and was running late. I was okay with it up until it was long over the time I was told I'd be waiting.

I had to wait for 45 min in the waiting room, then 30 min in the exam room after speaking with the nurse. I am retired and didn't have to miss work, but that is WAY too long to have to wait. There was an intern with the Dr, but they should have compensated time for that better. All patients that came in after me were called back before me.

The Dr I was seen by today showed he actually cared. He listened to me and treated me with kindness and compassion.

Dr. Shah was very kind and thorough. He listened to my concerns and talked me through how we would move forward with tests and the possible outcomes. The nurse and the student taking my vitals and asking questions were also very kind. I was nervous as it was my first ever GYN visit, and they reassured me and tried to make me feel comfortable. Everyone in the office, including the ladies checking me in and out, were friendly and welcoming. It was exactly what a patient would expect/want to experience during a visit.

Shah was amazing. He had a student with him and he walked her through all the steps and made sure she knew what she was doing. He asked questions to make sure everything was correct and that I was ok through out the procedure. Amazing job!!

This was my first time meeting Dr. Shah . I was very impressed with his bedside manner and I appreciated how thorough and detailed he was . I like how I was treated with concern and dignity.

I saw Dr Shah, who not only delivered my daughter but also listened carefully about my concerns for my own health. I trust that man with my life, he's an amazing medical provider and his team is so incredible, I would 10/10 absolutely recommend any woman to be seen by him!

I could tell he had taken the time to look at my history, listened to me, and spoke with confidence and knowledge that what was wrong with me they would find out, I felt reassured and in good hands, the doctor was also kind

Dr. Shah took time to listen to my concerns, review my progress, and discuss my steps in detail going forward. As well, as he made me feel completely comfortable during my exam.

I feel really heard from every doctor, NP and nurse I have seen so far. Having good doctors makes your pregnancy journey so much easier and helps ease my anxiety! I appreciate everything Reid OB has done for me and really taking the time to review my case and go over everything thoroughly with me, I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door.

I have recommended Dr.Shah of several friends, co-workers, and customers at work. I have had 3 GYN's since I have moved to Indiana and Dr.Shah is the only one that makes me feel "heard". He is very knowledgeable, honest, professional, and compassionate. Melissa is very informative and listens to my concerns and makes the visit flow flawlessly. I trust these two providers and hold them with high regard.

The nurse was fabulous. Had me seen in a timely manner, However I sat in the treatment room for almost an hour before the doctor came in. That is unacceptable and patients have other appointments and work that they also need to attend to. Once I was seen by the doctor he spent roughly 5 minutes with me.

It was wonderful

Reid obgyn needs to figure out a different system where the doctors that are taking appointments aren't also on call for the hospital OB department at the same time. I've had 4 children there and it's been an issue for At least 8 years. There's got to be a better way. It's ridiculous to come and have to wait an hour or longer for the provider to come see you.

The doctor listened to what I said and was knowledgeable as well as kind and considerate. What else could one wish for?

Dr. Shah and his nurse were wonderful. I was so nervous and he was very patient, explaining every step. Front desk check in and check out were pleasant as well. Great experience

The Staff and Dr were awesome and very caring. I was very impressed with their service and mannerism.

Dr Shah was very kind and considerate. He kept me informed to what was happening.

Both the provider and the nurse were excellent today. From the start of my appointment to the end of it, they made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Shah walked me through the procedure, step by step. Made sure I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the entire procedure. The nurse was so pleasant and sweet. I would 1,000% recommend this team to any family member or friend. I couldn't have asked for a better experience today!!
