Loved my visit

The staff is so pleasant, making me feel comfortable. Dr. Jiang is awesome. I had recommendations from others that had seen her. She is easy to talk to, very thorough in her exam.

I came to learn about the Inspire alternative to CPAP. Dr. Jiang explained how it works and the steps we need to go through to qualify for it. I felt her explanations were excellent and I felt convinced to pursue the treatment. Dr. Jiang noticed I was also dealing with cold or allergies symptoms. She offered to examine my ears, nose and throat and then prescribed some nasal sprays, which are helping. Thank you.

I did not have a situation where I need to know about preventing injury. Dr. Jiang was very knowledgeable and informative.

The prescription was not clear enough so I've been trying to get your office and the prescription pharmacy to figure out what to mix. It's been four days since that started and not rectified yet.

Front office staff and checkout staff (same lady w dark hair, glasses, and tattoo on forearm) was not friendly at all, rushed us through the process and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. Doctor was knowledgeable but rushed through our visit and didn't leave time to listen to our concerns or go back over treatment plan and options and it's a hefty treatment plan we've been given. Overall, I felt we were cycled through quickly as just another patient to bill for. I'd not recommend this location to anyone else w kids as didn't feel cared for or like there was a connection made w my child and the staff. Aleah, nurse who did our intake was nice enough as was the lady who took my son back and did vitals. Otherwise, not a good feel from this place.

I was very appreciative for the way the Dr treated me with kindness & respect. She told me what needed to be done with my medical issues & answered all my questions & eased my mind!!!

Dr obviously did not read the information that came from Community North Hospital. Did not do a biopsy on my lympnode that needs to be done. Have had swollen lympnodes in my right side of my neck for 2 months and left side is starting to get big. No infection. Dr said my lympnodes are reactive when Community North said they are non-reactive. I will not be using Reid ENT anymore and will seek care outside the Reid network.

Provider did not explain the procedure before it occurred and I was surprised that a camera went down my nose. A little bedside courtesy was warranted

Dr. Jiang saved my life when she saw me in 2021. She gave me the appropriate tests in a timely manner and a referral to specialists who then were able to react quickly to my rapidly degenerating condition. Had she not acted swiftly I would have surely had much more serious consequences if not death, like a friend did who had the same issue, was not treated appropriately and who did die as a result. I am very confident in Dr. Jiang even when I first met her. She is competent and instills trust and confidence.

Every single person I have talked to or dealt with in any manner at this facility have been very kind, very professional & I noted they had great attitudes with any needed interaction. This was my first visit here. I would like to especially compliment the reception staff, any that answer the phones as they have been exceptional & kind each & every time I have called. That is very important & the first line of communication for the patient. It does matter. Thank you !!

Both Sydney's were absolutely great! One of them I grew up with and was totally surprised to see! All around wonderful experience from the staff at the front desk to the staff who did my hearing test I will definitely be coming here for all my future ENT needs!

Dr Jiang is very good and told me how to prevent ear wax build up. Her assistant was very good.

This visit went a lot better this time. The last provider I had I felt rushed and not listened to. She listened to what I had to say and I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt more comfortable and understood.

I found this doctor to be uncaring and rude. She did not listen to all of my concerns and the follow up notes show multiple cases of incorrect information. I waited 6 months for this visit only to be put off to neurology which can't get me in until September, unacceptable!!!!! She had my CT scan results since February, I endured 2 months of suffering only for her to blow me off, she could have spared me the waiting and wasted time/money for this visit and told me there was nothing she was willing to do for me. You can do better, it is no wonder so many patients go to providers out of town to get quality care! Not only did I leave this visit with no improvement to my issues, but with added frustration of feeling your facilities just don't care!

I Was very pleased with visit and felt very reassured for the procedure to come.
