Temia is an asset to Reid Oncology .

Knew what diagnosis was, but so slow to start medicine to relieve symptoms.Took 57 days from when we decided how to proceed before took first medicine. Now wait 4-6 weeks to begin to see results? Took total 10 months to get here? So discouraging.

Everyone was absolutely amazing! Dr Sulfie was amazing and answered every question I had where I understood completely. He explained everything about my diagnosis and tx! He spent over an hour with me and leaving his office I felt so relieved as to understanding everything about what to expect. I couldn't ask for a better team throughout! When I found out in Nov I had breast cancer everyone was so helpful and so kind. The breast center is absolutely amazing, a big shout out to Melissa Brandy and Carolyn. I don't know what I would of done without having Casey and Donitta. Casey has been my go to from day 1 she has taken time to call me to explain things in MyChart even when she didn't have to. She has definitely went above and beyond! Dr Grayson has been absolutely Wonderful explaining everything and taken time out of his day to call me when results would come back. My surgery team for my lumpectomy was also amazing! I have had the best care and the best staff that has treated me like family. Thanks Reid Health for all your amazing employees ??

Visit not timely. Arrived 20 minutes before. Not to treatment room until 30 minutes after scheduled time. Not seen by physician until 45 minutes after scheduled time. Uncharacteristic versus past visit

All Reid staff members were very friendly and helpful which brightened my day. My doctor, Dr. Ibrahim, is so caring and looks for all possible ways to help me and to explain what is happening with my disease.

My experience with Reid Health has been beyond excellent from the office staff to the exam staff. And of course to have been assigned to Dr Sulfi for treatment was a blessing. I will always be so thankful and grateful to this exceptional Doctor.

Dr. Sulfi broke the news of my usaphigas cancer plan of attack explained the process I'll be going through with chemo and radiation and surgical removal of the tumor for a 100% recovery as we caught it at stage 2 also my navigator Chelsea is fantastic.
