Dr. Casselman has been extremely helpful with my boys and their food allergies. He has gone over and beyond to help my son, xxx, with trying to get into the military and his food allergy being somewhat of a roadblock. He has been very communicative with xxx and even wrote a letter in support of xxx to share with his recruiter to try to help him be able to join. We appreciate his time and effort very much!

Dr. Casselman is extremely knowledgeable about my genetic, rare immunodeficiency. I was very pleasantly surprised at his familiarity with my long and complicated medical history. The questions he asked, and the referral he made, was very en pointe. As an educated person who is self employed and has a primary immune deficiency and several autoimmune disorders, it is very rare to find a provider who invests the time and energy needed for me to continue to be productive, be concerned for my quality of life, and talk to me versus at me. I very much appreciate this provider and his team, and feel very comfortable placing my healthcare in his hands.

I have had what I was told by another doctor was allergies and sinus issues for thirty or more years. Through those 30+ years I was given weekly shots, daily meds, nasal spray, surgery, and 3-4 times a year, antibiotics. When I switched doctors, Dr. Casselman diagnosed me with LPR. After just a few days of medication for LPR my symptoms disappeared. I have had no problems for the six months since he began treating me. I am very pleased. xxx

He took pictures to show another Dr. He called me a few hours later to tell me what the other Dr said. They both agreed I need a biopsy. He was pretty insistent that I get the biopsy. I called immediately and now have an appointment in about a week. Dr Casselman has prescribed medication that has almost gotten rid of my inch problem. I was miserable before I met him. I had been seen by multiple Dr's. with little help. So happy my son suggested I see Dr. Casselman. Wish I had been told about him a lot sooner. I've been miserable for over 30 years.

Dr. Casselman is hands down one of the best providers around. Every visit with him for myself or my family, he has consistently amazed me with not only his approach to the issue being discussed, but also with his knowledge of our medical history and his dedicated approach to get the best result possible. I waited 40 minutes beyond my appointment time before seeing the doctor. The practice seemed to be booking too many patients. Guess that's why we're called patients since we're expected to be patiently waiting to be treated.

When I have been at my lowest point with an asthma exacerbation, Dr Casselman knows exactly what regimen will help me get back on track. Dr Casselman is always up on the lastest asthma treatments which has been quite beneficial for me. He's been a real lifesaver!

My doctor in the past constantly brushed me off and never gave me a real diagnosis. Here I felt like I was finally taken seriously by a doctor who listened to me and gave me a diagnosis that made since and was willing to talk me through what it was and treat me for it. Awesome service

I probably wouldn't be here without the expert care from Dr. Casselman and his staff!

The doc told me how scratch and blood tests wouldn't really be beneficial in my case, gave me some good science and info on foods to avoid graphed in separate phases of IBD to give me a more constructive way of seeing how to live with colitis, and referred me to gastro specialists in Indianapolis, though I plan to stick with Dr. Rofail for scopes and Colonoscopies. I feel adding another gastro will give me a more aggressive approach to my ulcerative colitis, which I believe I need.

Dr Casselman is a wonderful doctor. He listens, he cares.

Great visit with the doctor. Terrible experience with post-visit care and communication about lab work. Highly disappointed that the nurse referred me to get lab work done at a lab that had been closed for over 8 years. I spent hours of time driving to another town only to find out that lab has been closed for years. Then, went to another lab facility only to find out that the lab work had not been completely submitted by the nurse. For example, not all of the requested lab work had been submitted AND for the work that was submitted, the nurse had incomplete comments about how to collect the samples for proper testing. The lab tech spent almost an hour on the phone with the nurse to try and correct the errors-which were not corrected in a timely manner and caused me to have to return on another day to attempt in getting the lab work completed. This entire fiasco could have been prevented by 1) an informed nurse giving proper information and 2) a nurse who had sent a complete lab work request.
