Dr Crowell and the Nurse were very kind and detail oriented. They asked many questions and looked over my daughter's feet and ankles completely. She took time and didn't rush us. The dr made sure to answer all questions and explained what the next steps would be. Explained to us how to get questions answered and she set up a follow-up appointment. Highly recommend.

She was very friendly, calming, and actually talked directly to my daughter and put her mind at ease. She talked to her through the entire procedure and encouraged her - reassuring her the entire time. My daughter was so relieved when we left and Dr. Crowell couldn't have been better with her.

Reid in general. Your ability to see me on time is trash. I stack appointments and I'm usually late to one Reid appt because of my previous Reid appt. Why should I arrive 15 minutes early for y'all to be consistently 15 minutes or more late. At some point Reid needs to value the time of their patients.

I like Dr Crowell's demeanor & care (examines & explains; answers questions), & her staff members are very respectful/courteous & helpful as well.

I hope the Reid Health administration continues to hire and retain good Doctors like Dr. Crowell

Dr Crowell is the Best ?

I normally don't have to wait long but I was there close to an hour before the doctor came in. I know this was unusual but still frustrating. She is a very sweet and caring person and like having her for my doctor.
