The information booked out with pre-registration was ridiculous. There was so much legal lealese in it, that it makes it frustrating just to keep passing through the screens.

Dr. Deitsch does a great job interacting with my child to make her feel more comfortable; Even when she's not feeling well, he can still get her smile by asking/talking about things she enjoys. He really listens to any concerns that are voiced and explains everything thoroughly.

I have been with Dr. Deitsch for 40 years, so he knows me personally about my body and what is going on with it. Right now I am in the process of changing insurance companies because I went with them a healthcare and they do not take ambetter. So I have to find a new provider and I will not do that. I will look for different insurance. I will not change my doctor that I have had for so long because of all the changes with healthcare. Dr. Deitsch and his staff has been a good doctor and care provider for me and my family. I will pick him hands down anytime thank you.

This was her first time seeing him, her Dr was booked out, but he was excellent. Allowed us to voice our concerns, and addressed each issue or question we had. Was friendly and very professional. Got in quickly. Never felt rushed. Excellent care! Even follow up, the referral. They called us before we were ever home to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Deitsch was simply great from the time he came in to examine until he left.He really made me feel at home. It is such a feeling of comfort to know I have Pam Rodgers and Dr. Deitsch as my caregivers.

Dr. Deitsch was so kind in explaining the results of my endoscopy and how we could manage symptoms. He spoke to my husband and I in a very "down to earth" way that we could understand. I get so much better and I am hoping that his advice with the new medication will help me see positive results. He's very professional as well as very caring. I couldn't ask for a better physician.

I was seen quickly, Dr. Deitsch looked at my ears, diagnosed the problem and let me know what medications I would be put on to clear the congestion in my ears and hopefully avoid a more invasive solution.

I was EXTREMELY displeased that Reid now required me to drive to the hospital and wait in line to have labs drawn. In previous years, Dr. Deitsch's office drew my labs at their office and it took about 5 minutes. This is unacceptable. Reid continues to make life harder for employees and patients alike.

Dr. Deitsch is the absolute best. And the nurses and staff, friendly and polite.

Dr Deitsch listened to my concerns for my medically complicated non verbal daughter and was able to offer guidance and medical care. I appreciated him being able to work her in and help us in our time of need.

The pre visit registration was frustrating. I got two emails, three text messages, two phone calls after accepting confirm in mychart. It was frustrating to get it that many times in various forms. Would be nice for that to be streamlined.

I don't really understand the results of blood tests that were done and listed on my chart. In one section it mentioned that biotin could affect results. I hadn't taken it for 2 weeks and yet it is mentioned as having some affect on results

REID should set up an appointment texting system. I had central scheduling set up two appointments and it would have been nice if they texted it to me. This would probably cut down on missed appointments. My hairdresser does this an even texts the day before with a reminder. This method makes it easy to add it to my calendar.
