Dr. Usmani actually takes the time to listen to you and to try to resolve your problems. Actually cares for his patients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I was told I was receiving a shot today, instead I got a visit about when they decide when I receive a shot. I'm still in pain every day, all day and no one seems to care. No one has done anything to relieve my pain!!

I got in quickly. The examination was good. Information was good.

This was a follow up telehealth call.The doctor said his office was going to call me and set up an appointment, but they never called.

This experience was great. However, the registration process was long and tedious. I did not like the questions about gender identity and feel that it doesn't make a difference to my care. Additionally the payment process ended up being confusing. I was charged for an office visit immediately and then after the telehealth appointment, that was backed out of my account and then I was billed. Neither the billing office or my bank could explain how this occurred.

Thank to Dr. Usmani I now understand what is wrong with my neck and back & informed me I have to go to Jay Hackman to get into Dr. Vien at I HAVE to get some relief some way or lose my mind, I am already to the point that if I don't stop whatever I am doing and lay down because the pain is so excruciating Ithat I vomit !

Dr. Usmani is a fine doctor. I had taken my mother to him many times. There are three problems with the REID system 1. The time between seeing the doctor and getting an injection is over a month. Probably not his fault. Same problem with going to the Reid PT. 2. The right hand and the left hand do not know what is going on. I have seen 4 doctors who have diagnosed the same thing and had three tests done. I feel passed around like a ping pong ball. 3. There is no such thing as "managed care" . It seems like someone along the way should have taken the time , probably 5 minutes, too actually READ my chart. I do ! This should not have taken me over over three and one half months to get to where I am. I have been in severe pain since 6/30/2023 and to say the least it has effected my quality of life.

Office was running a bit behind seeing patients, however I was made aware the problem provider was running behind and I was fine with that. It happens and I wasn't upset with the short delay. Although the visit seemed quick I'm ok with the direction that is being taken with my care!

I do not like the facetime doc apts. Espically when I'm in alot of pain where I can barely move. And have to wait another month to get trigger shots. And I don't understand why it takes that long when my insurance already approved it

I always get very good care from Ried Staff. Doctors, Nurses and all the employs.

My appointment was 8:30 a.m. and did not get into a room until 9:00 a.m. it was okay but a little irritating doctors do get busy

This was a video call. The doctor sat in front of light coming in from a window, through a slotted blind. His face was a silouhette with his features completely invisible. If he would have had a light in front of his face I could have seen him. I do that at home on Zoom meetings, so I know it is helpful. The visit was good but lighting would have made it better. I'm sure that is a minor point but I do like to see the person with whom I am speaking on video meetings. This was my first meeting with him. The doctor seemed competent and kind.
