Chris couldn't answer some questions without further testing. His nurse said that I would be contacted by a neurologist then return to discuss the findings. I appreciated his manner and he seemed to be very knowledgeable about what I told him were my concerns and my reasons for the visit.

Chris Pruitt and his team are amazing, they fit me in when I had a urgent issue. Been seeing Dr. Neher & Chris Pruitt since 2017 & 6 surgeries later I totally recommend them, awesome team.

I was charged $45 to see a P.A. , I was told last time it's only $30 and $45 for DR. I was on lunch, usually in and out within my 30min. I'm only getting an injection. I was there over an hour and was docked being late.

Nurses are always great!! I like the Doctors I see as well. Staff is great!!

The only criticism I have is with MyChart. The verification of my email always kicks me out of the check in process.

you would be well advised to rely on real doctors for information considering surgery. pa's that have some directed agenda are more interested in money over patient care. you have lost income from my surgery for the hospital, the surgeon, and all associated that would have been paid. as long as you can stand that, you have no reason to complain about not making enough income for the company.

Had a bad experience with my knee surgery now afraid to have the other one done.

Dr. Pruitt was very polite and informative. He had me take a blood test to further understand my illness.

First time for me to be seen by Christopher Pruitt, he answered any extra questions I had forgotten about he was very patient with me answering my questions, he went as far as showing me an example from pictures as to what was going to be done on my shoulder, he also told me about a POSSIBLE deformity on my bicep in case it has to be clipped, so I was given an opportunity to have say what my wishes were instead of not knowing until the surgery was over! Do not feel comfortable in how the visit went. Said x-rays looked good and not sure why there's still discomfort and heaviness in the replaced hip. Advised you let them know if it continues. Uncaring attitude.

Jill at the front desk is absolutely helpful and very approachable and always helps me when I have questions. Please recognize her for her amazing work. Dr. Pruit and Nhere have been there for me for years. And I trust them and they're very attentive to my needs

My appointment was at 8:30 with Dr Lee...I didn't leave there till around 11:30 without my shot in my hands...Dr Lee is the rudest Dr. I have ever dealt with..he talked down to me everytime I tried to say something...I do not ever want to see him again...the dr. I seen afterwards was nice..but he did not give me the shot I was there for...instead he gave me a prescription for something......if it wasnt for me having problems getting to muncie and new castle...I wouldn't come back.. I will say the lady that is their boss was very nice

I think Britney RN is an asset for Reid Health. She has a caring but professional way of interacting with patients.

My child fell off the top of a wooden play set at the camp ground. So, in reference to the question about the doctor discussing how to prevent injury. He is 8 and kids dont realize they are not invincible. He is very active. How can a doctor tell a child how to prevent injuries?

Was a waste of my time.....I didn't learn anything I didn't already know.

The staff and physicians are very caring and professional. I have recommended them many times to friends and family.

Give options to consider that do mot involve surgery. Assess condition and makevrecommendations baseed on patient needs.

This was the first time I met the PA. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated his time and the information he gave me. He made me feel very comfortable.

The provider was excellent and MA was very nice. My only compliant is the appearance personnel. Most of the clerical staff looked like they had just crawled out of bed and come to work. What happened to the Reid dress code and looking professional?

One thing I forgot to ask was after you take me back and hook me up to the IV and get me ready for surgery will I get to see my husband and my Daughter before I go into surgery?

Had appointment 2:00 PM. Got there at 2:00 PM. Was told Doctors were all Surgery. I asked how long and told didn't know. Waited maybe 2 hours (4:00 PM) asked again how long and told they had no idea at all. I don 't blame the girls at the desk and they treated me well but I don't see how you can operate that way. What do I gain making an appointment. Someone higher up than thengirls at the counter are not doing there job in my opinion. Maybe there is more to the story but it wasn't told told to me. I won't be back,
