I was pleased with the appointment today. The doctor was informative. But I was a little upset that I had to wait four months to get that appointment.

NP Amanda Gibson was very thorough in going over my medical condition and discussing possible, further exploratory surgery. Did a video chat was easier than I thought.

Mostly it was a good experience, but i did notice on the "After visit summary" there was a couple things that was documented incorrectly. There is a medication listed on the med list that I do not take and the blood pressure reading is incorrect. There were two blood pressure readings taken, and the one listed is the incorrect one.

Amanda took her time but appropriate time to spend with a patient. She didn't rush and she took time to explain.

This was a video appointment. Dr. was extremely knowledgeable about my illness. The questions I ask about my illness, and lab report were answered in a manner that I could easily understand. My first video appointment, Reid made it easy. I'm now ready for future video appointments.
