Patient Financial Services to close starting Monday, March 16
In its ongoing response to reduce the risk of COVID-19 virus, Reid Health announced that its downtown Patient Financial Services building will be closed starting Monday, March 16.
Forms will be available in the lobby area of the offices at 600 East Main for people needing to request medical records. A drop box will also be available for dropping off payments and other paperwork.
Otherwise, people needing help can reach Customer Service by calling (765) 983-3484 or 3184.
Customers who have appointments with ClaimAid staff at any locations are being called for rescheduling or handling on the phone. The ClaimAid staff will also continue to be available for inpatients in the hospital, though some of that contact will still be done by phone.
ClaimAid will still work with self-pay patients in the Reid Health - Connersville Emergency Department during normal business hours.
Reid Health announced greatly restricted visitation on Friday, along with multiple steps designed to reduce risk of the spread of COVID-19. As of Friday afternoon, no confirmed cases have been reported in the Wayne County area.
