How to make a mask
We so appreciate the many offers from the community for hand-made face masks. Reid Health is now accepting these donations as a way to provide contingencies because of national supply issues with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We will ensure they are laundered per infection control standards and then made available for use by our team and other community organizations should the need arise. We will follow the CDC guidelines for using cloth masks in a time of crisis.
How to deliver masks
Masks can be delivered at the Reid Health main entrance at the Valet Parking office from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Door screeners will meet you at your vehicle - no need to get out! Please fill out the above in-kind donation form and bring with the donation.
Masks can also be received at Nancy's Fancy's Sewing Corner, 1446 NW 5th in Richmond from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.
