When patients need xrays it needs to be done before taking them to a room. Instead of back and forth

When you have 3 people involved in your care and all of them have different options I left very confused. Thinking about going some different else.

Dr Nuttall is very nice and always answers my concerns. His staff is friendly. I highly recommend Dr Nuttall.

I was in 2 provider offices this week & they were substantially behind An 11:00 appt with my mom & provider was 45 min waiting in the room with no update from staff. (Myself) had an 8:00 & provider came in at 8:50 with no update from staff. That part of the visits are ridiculous! My last visit to my pcp had at least 50 minute delay. No one respects patients time anymore, it's the norm?

The only negative was checking in at 1:30 but sitting in the lobby waiting area for an hour. Once I was seen by nurse/x-ray tech/doctor, everything went smoothly.

Dr Nuttall was ok when I actually saw him. Today was the first time since my injury in September. I was seeing his NP. I had done therapy with minimal improvement. I never received an MRI until I requested one last week which showed surgery was needed. I was told I needed an X-ray today when I first came in but questioned it since I just had the mri done. Had I not said something that would have been a useless test and an expense I could not afford. I have now wasted a majority of short term disability and haven't even had surgery. I do feel like Dr Nuttall is professional but I am very disappointed in the follow thru. The nurses have been good to help with paperwork and the front staff is kind and helpful.

I felt like Dr. Nuttall was irritated by questions that I asked him before he gave me an injection in my arm. He abruptly and aggressively answered my questions. I felt like he was very defensive and arrogant instead of caring and empathetic. Also his MA was sitting on the desk swinging her legs and bobbing her head back and forth, and making random noises while the doctor was talking to me. She was wearing black sweater gloves with skeleton design on them. It felt very unsanitary and unprofessional to me. She told me that she was going to cancel my appointment that I had scheduled with Dr. Jewell and schedule me with Dr. Nuttall for a follow up after I have an EMG done. I told her NOT to cancel my appointment and that I wanted to wait and see how the injection goes. It's only been two days, but so far it hasn't helped the pain. I hope my injection works because I have been in pain for many months, but if it doesn't I will not go back to Dr. Nuttall.

Good service in timely manner

My 1 year follow up appt. Was supposed to be with Dr. Nuttall, I saw a NP instead. Not too thrilled with that. Still have stiffness in the knee. Told me give it 18 mos. after telling me 12 mos. at time of surgery. Have 18 mo appt. with Dr. Nuttall again, wonder who I will see then?

I waited almost an hour to see the doctor. I was about to leave right before he came in. I talked to him for 2 mins & he was on his way. It made me feel that my time wasn't valued.

It was a great experience, this particular dr I felt did a great job explaining what was going on and what was happening in the future.

Dr. Nuttall was very informative and much more knowledgeable about my hip situation than I received from a previous ortho surgeon. I appreciated how quickly the employees reacted to my situation and scheduling testing.

Doctor Nuttall was unprofessional he was rude he made us feel like we were stupid for being there which was a follow-up appointment from the ER he was dismissive. I have never had a Doctor make me feel as if I was wasting his time and mine. Of course that's after paying my 50.00 co- pay and waiting 40 minutes after my schuduled time to be seen. A waste of time.

Drove 30 minutes to appointment. Filled out paperwork and sat in waiting room for 30 minutes only to be told the physician didn't "do spines," and they would have to call me to schedule with someone else.

Excellent experience, including primary need - pain relief

He acted as if my injury was no big deal when I've been in constant pain since the end of march. He did sound like what he knew he was talking about, and I know I'm no orthopedic doctor, it certainly seems like something can be done for my pain. It's getting more difficult to use my right arm and I think if it was just a soft tissue injury like he said that almost a month and half later it would be getting better and not worse, but like I said, I'm not an orthopedic surgeon. One thing he said to me was that he wasn't taking over my pain management because he's a surgeon and I never asked for him to take it over. That kind of struck me the wrong way, but I let it go. If it keeps getting worse I guess I'll have to go somewhere else because I don't know what else to do at this point.

They were fabulous. Work comp dropped the ball but they figured it out so they could help me today.

The Dr was abrupt. Mentioned a medication I'm on and said it doesn't work (pain killer) only offered pt and to mention to my pcp for a referral to spine specialist.. .later I find out there's 1 at the ortho dept...

Every one was very concerned. I had a fall and had laid on the floor for 4 1/2 days. They took excellent care of me and tried to help me through this ordeal. No complaints.
